a. Dogs and other pets are not allowed to defecate on the roads. Such waste
must be promptly removed by the owner.
b. No dog is allowed to roam the Estate and those walking their dogs must ensure that the dogs are properly leached. The owner of any dog found
outside the owner’s premises will attract a fine of N25,000.
c. If the dog attacks a resident, the fine is N50,000.
d. If the dog bites a resident, the fine is N500,000 in addition to bearing the
full cost of treatment and the dog MUST be removed from the estate.
e. Submission of confirmation that the dog has taken anti-rabies drug must
be submitted to the CSO by the dog owner.
f. Residents are not allowed to leave their livestock to roam the street of the
Estate
